Ultimately, I guess I wish they would seek to discover some new texture and form for a plant based snack instead of faux jerky. For me - it just is a weird experience in my mouth - but it is the best I’ve tried in terms of plant jerky. I also tried the sexton flavor and that was fantastic and the meat top notch.
