Stay on-site and make the most of your tournament weekend! Camping is available for players, volunteers, and members attending The Preserve Doubles Championship.

Camping is conveniently located on the event grounds, providing easy access to tournament central, practice areas, and all event activities.

Camping Information

Site Designations

Sites 1–54: Designated for volunteers, members, and players. These sites are available for individual camping passes at the applicable per-person rate.

Sites 55–76: Designated for players only, including RV camping. These sites are sold as entire campsites. Players purchasing Sites 55–76 are purchasing the entire campsite and are responsible for filling the site with their own group of campers.

Players are welcome to camp in the volunteer/member camping areas (Sites 1–54). However, volunteers and members may not purchase or reserve camping sites designated for players (Sites 55–76).

Pricing

Volunteer / Member Camping: $75 per person for tent camping

Pro Player Camping: $100 per person for either tent camping or RV camping

Player Campsites (Sites 55–76): Entire campsite purchase required. Each campsite accommodates a maximum of 4 people.

Availability

Volunteer / Member Camping: Friday–Monday (3 nights)

Player Camping: Monday–Monday (7 nights)

Maximum of 4 people per campsite.

Shared Campsites

Sites 1–54: Campsites may be shared with other attendees. Please coordinate with your group to fill a campsite together.

Want the entire campsite to yourselves? You must purchase all 4 spots for the campsite.

Booking for multiple people? Please list the names of all additional campers in the Order Notes at checkout.

Sites 55–76: These player-designated campsites are sold as an entire campsite. The purchaser is responsible for filling the campsite with their group. Each campsite accommodates a maximum of 4 people.

On-site check-in is required.

Please Note: RV camping is $100 per person, the same price as tent camping. There is no additional RV fee.

Please save your order confirmation or receipt. Proof of purchase is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Camping passes are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
