Supporting Our Grounds & Maintenance Crew

A key part of this fundraiser is providing critical support for our dedicated grounds crew, who work tirelessly to keep The Preserve in peak condition throughout the year.

With your help, we can continue maintaining our courses, improving the property, and ensuring The Preserve remains safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone who visits.

Your contributions help provide the resources needed for ongoing mowing, landscaping, course maintenance, cleanup, improvements, and the countless behind-the-scenes tasks required to operate and maintain a property of this scale.

Planned Course Improvements

In addition to regular maintenance, we have several major improvements planned to enhance the overall experience at The Preserve, including:

New Teepads

Upgraded teepads designed to provide a smoother playing surface and improved traction in all weather conditions.

Revised Layouts

Redesigned course layouts that improve course flow and create an even more engaging experience for players.

Multiple Pin Placements

Additional pin placements on each hole to provide more variety and challenge throughout the year.

Winter Course Layouts & Activities

A dedicated winter layout and seasonal activities designed to keep The Preserve active and engaging during the colder months.

Benches Throughout the Property

We plan to add additional player seating and rest areas throughout The Preserve, including custom benches from Woodies Custom Woodworking. These benches will provide players and spectators with comfortable places to relax, enjoy the property, and take in the surrounding landscape.

Building Toward Year-Round Camping

One of our biggest goals is to establish permanent, year-round camping at The Preserve.

Currently, camping is permitted only in connection with specific events, and we are actively working toward securing the necessary permits and approvals to make year-round camping a reality.

Our vision is to create a campground that allows players, families, volunteers, and visitors to stay at The Preserve and enjoy everything the property has to offer throughout the year.

Making that vision a reality will require significant investment in campground infrastructure, including:

• Permanent campsites
• Bathroom facilities
• Showers
• Fresh water access
• Electrical infrastructure
• Waste and sanitation systems
• Roads, access, and other campground improvements

Your support will help us take the steps necessary to develop this infrastructure and work toward making year-round camping at The Preserve possible.

Planting for the Future

As we continue improving The Preserve, we're also committed to planting a diverse mix of trees and vegetation that will enhance the landscape and provide long-term environmental benefits.

Maple Trees

Add vibrant fall colors and create a visually stunning autumn experience.

Oak Trees

Provide shade, enhance the landscape, and create valuable habitat for local wildlife.

Cherry Trees

Offer beautiful spring blossoms and help attract important pollinators.

Pine Trees

Keep the property green and inviting throughout the winter months.

We also plan to introduce plants such as Lavender, Lemon Balm, and Marigolds as part of our efforts to create a more comfortable and enjoyable environment for visitors.
